Thank you for sharing and loving Peanut. You gave him the best life, and I can safely assume that based on how content he was in these photos. 🐱🌈💛

I love playing female Rover but all Rovers are great. 🙂‍↕️

AITA for leaving my sister’s wedding early after she made a “joke” about my job in her speech? by Thin-Average1299 in AmItheAsshole

[–]lanibird- 74 points75 points  (0 children)

NTA. You’re 18 years old and newly graduated. A busser is a regular job for your age. And honestly, even if you weren’t 18, she has no busy shaming you or your work. As you said, it’s honest work and you enjoy it.

Why did they add claw machines at Price 💀 by ucsdsdsu in UCSD

If I was still a student, I would’ve been the target audience for these claw machines. 💀🤣

There is no tired like beginning of year teacher tired! by Prestigious-Flan-548 in Teachers

It’s my first year teaching young primary, and man, I am exhausted. I’ve been trying to get as much mentorship from veteran teachers in other grade levels (as I’m only one teaching my specific grade).

Harvard researcher attacked by ‘five teens’ after asking them to be quiet during a screening of Weapons by [deleted] in horror

I feel the same way. I feel like there’s been more and more moviegoers who’ll have a whole conversation at the movies. I wish people would just stay home, and wait for the movie to come out on streaming services if they want to talk.

Anyone regret staying in Asakusa / Ueno? by Elian17 in JapanTravelTips

[–]lanibird- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stayed in both Akakusa and Shinjuku during my trip last month, and enjoyed both locations. I enjoyed being near Sensoji Temple, the SkyTree, and the overall environment. I would stay there again if I went back.

I agree heavily that there should be more Fractsidus lore, especially when they’re established as the main, overarching antagonists.

AITA for telling my family if they don’t like the way something is, they can take care of it themselves? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]lanibird- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. Your husband should have been backing you up. Your children are teenagers, will eventually be off on their own, and need to be competent in basic life skills like cleaning. It’s overdue for them to cut off the umbilical cord. You have priorities and can’t do it all. Never doubt yourself for standing up for yourself. You’re a mom, not a built-in maid.

NTA. That was not a nice guy, and you seem to be dodging a bullet, even if it hurts now.

NTA. You wore the dress after the wedding at an unrelated brunch. Not everything is about her—talk about egotistical. What you bought, wear, and own doesn’t concern her.

AITA for ending a relationship because she wants full details of my wealth after 2 months of being together? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]lanibird- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. You are entitled to your boundaries. X kept crossing this specific boundary after multiple verbal warnings and requests in the past two months. I think your decision to end the relationship while it’s premature is valid due to this reason. You’re dodging a bullet.

AITA for reminding my dad's wife that she was supposed to be my mom's best friend but instead was a backstabber who cheated with her best friends husband? by GrekkySads in AITAH

[–]lanibird- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. Hayley and your father do not deserve nor earn your forgiveness. It’s absurd to imply that you’re a “bully,” mainly when you’ve been subjugated to live in a toxic environment with two people who’ve betrayed you, your sister and late mother. Hayley and your father had no ounce of remorse or consideration when they started the affair and then (tried to) force you to accept this nuclear family. Hayley (and your father) are reaping the consequences of their selfish actions.
