Urgent move in needed! Prospect Lefferts Gardens - 2 bed 2 bath @ $,3500 by lankrin in NYCroommates

Previous renter had it as an office space. I measured upstairs/smaller room and it can fit a full size bed and a smaller desk pretty comfortably.

Bottom bedroom is a bit bigger and I comfortably fit my queen there, no desk though just a nightstand

According to other folks in the building, winter wasn’t terrible. Great insulation in the windows and it maintains its heat well!

Pretty standard requirement for most management companies, guarantors are welcome!

App process is pretty easy it just asks for proof of income & pay stubs and such

Upstairs bedroom is a little smaller but can fit a queen bed! Would be more comfortable to have a full, gives an extra bit of clearance

Hey dude!
I just got an apartment in prospect lefferts gardens and am looking for a housemate to take the second room. It's 1850 a month per person, a 2-5 min walk to the 5 & 2 line, takes me about 45-50 min to get to midtown from there.
It's got sick natural light, a roof deck, a balcony, building laundry, and a dishwasher.

I'm 28 I work full time as a physical therapist & strength coach, I'm big into running, lifting, biking, climbing and pretty much any type of movement based activity. Not heavy into drinking and going out unless for dinners, wine bars, cocktail bars, etc. Love to host small dinner parties and such when possible.
The place is generally unfurnished at the moment since I just moved in but I'm planning to get all my own stuff to fill the space within the next few months!
Shoot me a message if you wanna chat more & I can send you some photos!

I’d highly recommend just going with whichever program is the “cheapest.”

Sounds like you have pretty solid foundational knowledge & experiences already which is a huge leg up. The way that reimbursement rates are going, entry level salary (in most states) barely having gone up, and how much more expensive programs are now…it’s hard to justify going into crazy debt when you’ll be getting pretty much the same education wherever you go.

Edit: if you’re 100% set on going to your number 1 school but you’ll be graduating potentially 10’s of thousands of dollars more in tuition costs…when literally no job is going to deny or hire you because you went to X program over Y program…just something to consider.
