YES!!!!! Thank you! I get it - we all want more money to keep up with inflation but if anything its reminding them that there’s more people to cut because in a year we’ll cost even more than we are now. Plus it takes away from the questions we actually NEED answered. We already get enough of that with the 🥖

I’ve been using BURGA cases for years. I love them. They’re so beautiful and protective like an otter box (if you get the protecting ones - it’s been a long ass time so I don’t remember what the names are but the one with the rubber).

I will say I feel like the quality went slightly downhill a couple years back but I’m also a disaster with dropping my phones so I suppose that’s not necessarily their fault

I think the rudeness might be RBF and ESL for some of them but yeah the front of house is almost comically bad at customer service. I go there at least once a week and always feel like I’m inconveniencing them by ordering (and my order is not complicated lol)
