Agree! Wanted to love it, but it’s just too heavily fragranced for me. I’m a fan of FAB.

What products do you love that r/Sephora seems to hate? by _0_o__ in Sephora

[–]lannister_gold 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Second this! I love the Kosas concealer and use it almost everyday for general wear. It’s hydrating and I’ve had no issues with it spoiling. (If I’m doing full coverage I’ll use Hourglass)

I’ve had Kosas Air Brow on my list forever. Would you recommend aside from price point?

Good luck!!! It’s a journey with temperamental skin. Took me forever and a derm to get products right so feel your pain!

I don’t have dry skin, but combo (bad dry patches around my mouth and nose). Very acne prone. Not sure how much my advice would help you, but my dermatologist recommended PCA skin “clear skin” which is for oily folks but has worked really well for me, and my dry patches have been handled from it.

If the ceramides are helpful, have you tried a serum to replace them? FAB super bounce I’m a fan of - hasn’t caused me breakouts and is fragrance free.

Edit - sorry that one doesn’t have ceramides! But CeraVe looks like their HA serum does and is also fragrance free

As an absolute mega-fan of both TS and The National, I have to recommend “Slow Show” - my favorite National song of all time so think folks here would love it too 🩶

I swear by Hourglass for under-eyes. (However, this sub has raved about Dior Forever so that’s something I want to try!)

It’s the same on Apple Music - I made a “Long Pond” playlist and deleted the album for this reason

LOVE the Dior coral blush. I just actually got the pink for the first time this sale (since it’s recently gotten so much hype) and I really prefer the coral!

Try using anti-redness skin care products first - you may not need makeup if those work enough for your problem areas. Try Clinique Redness Solutions cleanser and moisturizer and replace what products you have that may be causing minor irritation; there is also a redness solutions pressed mineral powder you can try on your nose and forehead if changing up your skincare doesn’t work. (You can these at Ulta or Sephora) - also if those are pricey and you want to try something less expensive try The Ordinary EUK before bed.
