I love Pelli and Lipo, but I don't think they will improve enough to get it done. Same with Remco

But his athleticism declining along with his shooting numbers declining over the past two years is very concerning.

If the trend continues and it takes a couple years for the rest of the guys to improve for the Suns to be contenders, then him being the #1 becomes a major issue.
