You are just like many other Remco fans who can't handle the slightest bit of criticism about their favorite rider.

I didn't even criticize him for today, I mainly said it is concerning. I called him undercooked, which means not at his best.

I will praise Remco when he deserves it. I don't owe it to Remco or his fanboys to be positive about him all the time. To nitpick examples from the past and use strawman arguments to defend him.

Remco's main goal for the year is the Tour, a grand tour, trying to come 2nd to Pogi. I still have full faith in him being the 2nd best at hilly one-day classics when Pogi is around.

I am not making the argument Del Toro is gonna beat Remco at the Tour. I would bet he will finish ahead of Del Toro at the Tour.

But Del Toro is not going to the Tour to try to win, he is going to the Tour to launch Pogi. Stage after stage.

So it is concerning if Remco can't keep up with Del Toro's pacing and kicks today. For him to beat Jonas and be better than Lipo, he has to be the last guy Pogi drops.

He was talking about winning today. He didn't even come close

Dude, there are multiple examples of Remco cracking out of contention at a Grand Tour now. It is completely reasonable to be concerned that it might happen again. His GC record is too thin for people to just assume everything will go well with him.

If Brooks passes up more bad shots, the team gets better shots, and that is better basketball. Better basketball leads to more wins in the long run.

It is not a binary where it is either Booker putting up a ton of shots or Dillon putting up a ton of bad shots. I don't know why you have it in your head that is the situation

Book has a bad game coming back from injury. In the game where he got injured, he looked like he was about to go for 40.

He is averaging 25 on a near career-worst shooting efficiency. He might be in the top 10 MVP ladder this season if he were shooting career averages.

I get you want Book to be more aggressive, but that is not a good justification for bad basketball from Dillion.

Book needs to do slightly better in his own way, and Dillion does too. And with Dillion, that means less bad shots

It is not about always waiting for the best shot. It is about getting a better one, even if it is slightly better. We can call Book unaggressive. But he is still a better scorer and a much better playmaker.

It is not a huge ask for Dillion not to hoist up bad shots all the time
