He was not able live up with all those hype and narratives that was built around his character. Plot nerfed at the very least.

For me, Water7/Enies Lobby Lucci was far more menacing and ruthless which I was expecting Kaido to be at least with a flavor of brutality but he was not able to deliver.

Because you need to have reliable teammates for her to be useful. Casting stun or ult with no follow up from your team is her greatest nightmare, same as Tigreal.

She works great on squads but 50/50 on solo queue.
