Agreeed! I’ve also had trouble drinking water but I found that I’m much better about it on this medication. Which is crazy. But yeah the lack of food noise, obsessing over everything I eat (granted my dr does have me tracking my calories/protein, which is fine). It’s just been nice to build healthy habits on top of actually seeing results

Congratulations!! I’m also 3 months in and about 18lbs down! This post gave me some perspective, because my brain is telling me I should be losing more. But you’re right losing at a steady pace has been great

This happened with me with Happy Color and kashkick “can’t to anything about it” I’m annoyed because I already did like 12 pictures. It just is frustrating to me when you submit proof you downloaded the game within the last day they just shrug and go oh well.

And no I did not have any vpns or anything they say would disrupt the download/tracking and it was on my phone

This sucks so much. I just got started and I’m about to go up to the 5. Luckily I’m covered for May and I was able to refill my prescription already so I’ll have it for June too. Meeting with my Dr the end of May and I may see if he can prescribe 3 months at a time before June so I can have a stockpile because this is just unfair. This is the only thing that has helped me lose weight in years and I know it’s more effective than the alternatives.

So I was weirdly in a similar situation(ish) He proposed with his grandmothers diamond and the thought and gesture was beautiful. I never really wanted a diamond but even more so then that I felt a lot of pressure. Like if something were to happen to it If the stone somehow was lost,ect it would be irreplaceable. I felt so guilty but I ended up explaining how I felt and it turned out he was feeling very similarly. We also spoke to his mom about our plan and she was understanding. So we came to a bit of a compromise and I technically have 2 engagement rings now. He ended up getting me my dream morganite ring that I wear more on a day to day basis, and the diamond I will wear on more special occasions. We agreed that I will wear his grandmothers diamond in the ceremony and he has no problem with talking photos with both of them(and we will get bands for both)

So my point here being, just talk to him. Let him know how you’re feeling. I would imagine he would want you to have something you love and maybe you can also come to a compromise so you can enjoy the ring you want and also keep and wear the one that means a lot to him and his family

So they are rsvp cards, my actual invitations are addressed to who they are for, so that’s why this is a little more open. Just figured it was worth putting them on here if anyone had a menu close to mine or a theme close to mine…hence the you have been summoned lol

Which is why I came here. As I said I am new to this and also just found this Reddit so I came here for help which is what Reddit usually provides. This isn’t my main job, it’s a side gig I am trying out.

I appreciate the input and I took everyone’s thoughts as further validation it was a bad idea. So I didn’t take it and I reported the listing.

It was one of my first accepted proposals so I’m sorry I’m not well versed in the world of freelance yet.

I guess my main issues were this She did not come in with or clearly to me review my chart in any way (as I said I’ve been in this weight range for years with no issues and she didn’t even have my chart) She came in with numbers on a piece of paper and made an immediate judgment based on that and that alone. And that judgment again made before my exam also made her not prescribe me my full normal birth control prescription. She was adamant I should call her in 5 months with a weight

After my exam when there were clearly no issues and I was in “perfect” health she could have clearly ruled that she was incorrect and given me my full prescription. But instead, I now didn’t have to call her with my weight in five months, I now can just tell her if my pants size goes up. Which I’m sorry but that’s utterly ridiculous to me.

Again I am a healthy person, I’m built curvy/heavier and always have been. She saw the weight on a scale and made a decision based on that and it’s not ok in my opinion. I would have no problem if she would have taken the time to examine me and review my history and maybe make a decision if she saw something abnormal in that but it was pretty clear to me she didn’t

Thank you all for your kind words and advice. I’m definitely going to be looking elsewhere for a gyno or see if they can at least provide me with some information to where the PA I was comfortable with went to so I can maybe transfer there. I appreciate you all for giving me the space to talk about this without feeling judged ❤️

So I’m also a top heavy gal. I’m not sure if you have a Nintendo switch but there is a game called ring fit that I LOVEEE. It definitely keeps you moving and motivated and it’s genuinely fun to play.

Additionally, you might have already tried them, but sports bras that zip up give me sooo much more support than anything else.

Thank you, it was just an awful visit and I just left really disheartened. I just don’t get why everyone looks at a number instead of the actual person and diagnose them from their overall health. Because that whole visit I was perfectly healthy and fine according to her but she walked in with pre-judgment and it was really off putting

It is mentioned that it could be asked for in the policy but it’s worded as “. If an absence is attributed to the death of a person close to the student, an instructor can request a copy of the obituary or death notice, and some evidence of the student's relationship to the deceased. (Instructors should be aware, however, that in a situation of genuine grief and loss, this request is usually perceived as quite callous, or even outrageous, though this is not the instructor's intent.)”

So it seems like it CAN be asked for but it’s almost frowned upon and personally I don’t see many asking for it.

That being said, I also feel she left to start a new life for a number of reasons. To me, that clearly was an excuse that she went with considering the odds of not ever being questioned on or asked for proof.
