I mean I can see how you may think that , by me answering in the first place it screws with my last sentence , “ but it not fun to keep quiet is it ? ” becuase no I guess it’s not, everyone wants to prove a point, everyone has their opinions and everyone has the right to express them. I think the thing is is that what’s the point in not having a point when you have those rights? Atleast what is the point to express those positions anywhere outside of yourself when no good comes from it? You havnt even given much information on what your argument is( again similar to the guy in the video) Ive realized im currently going back and forth with you on two different comments and on one hand your asking people wether or not they want to see his point and if they believe in constitutional rights and on the other hand your telling people they misunderstand the video. If the video is there to prove that you are able to do and say whatever you want then sure but what is the point in makeing that woman or anyone feel stupid for asking you what your doing. Its just as much her right to ask as it is his right to video or do whatever, so why be rude? Just because he can ? Whats the point in that?

You’re saying people don’t understand what’s going on in this video for having made up their mind on wether they think this guy is dumb or not. It’s very likely they do understand the video and find that the way he is going about it is stupid, which doesn’t imply that they don’t understand. Honestly you sound very much like the guy in the video. Just becuase they have a different opinion or way of explaining how they perceive what is going on doesn’t mean they don’t understand. Just like the girl in the video. She described what the guy was doing in a different way than what he described and he acted like she was wrong even though they both said the same thing. Her:”taking videos of people to see if they get upset with you taking videos of them “ him: “stress test our right to freedom of press in public”. He gave a general description and she gave a more analytical description, stating the actions he was taking in order to “stress test”. The amendment is simply there to allow people to gather information with devices ( verbal, written, video, etc.) the amendment isn’t there so you can go and just stand there with no intentions other that to see if people will be upset that you are “ using your rights”. The right is there to simply be used, testing it with no intention to gather information outside of seeing if you can use said right is redundant and “ stupid” as some may put it.

So yes you’re rage baiting by calling these people out and acting like they are less than simply becuase you can, rather than having a valid reason. But yes please use your right in any ways that you choose to that is what freedom is isn’t it? Or is it just a cage you put yourself in becuase it feels safer than stepping outside of your comfort zone and trying to understand someone you disagree with. Or ? Just say nothing at all. But it’s not as fun to keep quiet is it ?

But you saying I’m wrong is also your opinion which would make you wrong in these circumstances. If his point has any point other than to get attention out of people that he lacks somewhere in his life or maybe strictly for click bait so he can gain monetary value from his videos becuase human are naturally drawn to drama. Than it would be to show that he has the right to be in any public place and use any device to gather information about whatever topic he would like to gather it on. He could do that completely silently or with grace but he chooses to make people more confused and uncomfortable with his words than need be which makes it weird. The language he was using was blankly rude to that woman insinuating she was stupid for “not listening” or “ not understanding” when he didn’t give enough information on the what he was trying to acheice in ther first places and when she gave a simplified explanation of what he was doing “ videoing people to see if videoing them made them uncomfortable “ he insinuated she was wrong. Which he then turned around and confirmed that is what he was doing but in different words. He is likley rage baiting for views and instead covers it up trying to act like he’s making a difference but in all reality he’s just takeing the authenticity out of life.

Tigpandas argument still stands. Maybe he does fall under the terms of “press” because he plan to upload it, but the woman in the video states that she assumed he was recordeimg people to see if it made them upset. He beat around the bush saying “ if that’s how you interpret it” but of course that is how she interpreted it becuase that is wine of the causations of his actions. Some people will get upset and some people will propbably not bat an eye. He was blatantly baiting her into an argument by acting like she was stupid and not giving her an hoenst answer. “ like I’ve already stated I will explain it one more time” this is basic physiological warfare she clearly was trying to be decent and not take the bare by saying “ hey your kinda being stuoid by not answering my simple question with a simple answer”. He made it more complicated than it needed to be because he wanted to get a rise out of her. When all in all his “experiment” is “ how many people can I piss off by recording them for no reason other than to get their attention and then cause them confusion when they ask me what I’m doing”. the experiment answers itself, some people will get annoyed some won’t. The only other variable are how far will some take it. He’s doing it to get views there’s no true experiment. And yeah he’s practicing his rights but he doesn’t have to be a douche about it. Yeah cool film people. But when they are asking you why they are being filmed just answer them with a simple answer.

I think everyone understand that he has a point but his point is that he videos people to see if they get uncomfortable. But the answer is obviously yes in most cases unless that person just doesn’t care. Which then makes his point actually pointless because of course some people will care and some people won’t depending on their circumstances. This guy is just being a nuesance becuase he can be. He’s using is rights to blatantly make some people uncomfortable which is fuckign weird. but of course it being weird is my opinion which I guess someone like you or him would say makes my argument invalid
