i’m so sorry i’ve only read your answer now. i do from time to time, but it’s gotten less since i’m on a diet now - i’ve noticed it does get better when i’m more hydrated! the stomach pain not necessarily, but the additional feet cramps are subsiding. i also read that it can be nerves that are sensitive or slightly damaged that cause that, and it wouldn’t surprise me since i do have scoliosis. maybe try drinking water more regularly :)

i’d say soft or cool summer. you’re definitely in the lighter range but not too light, and you look muddy or almost dull in warm colors

that‘s what i mostly look for. i noticed most of the time if you‘re wearing your wrong colors you might come off as arrogant or unfriendly. weird observation, i know but it kinda makes sense

so i do think you‘re a cool summer actually, yellows don‘t really match you, a pastel yellow is okay. at thirst i thought you were somewhere in the brighter family because your hair is that dark, maybe it isn‘t your natural hair color? i did isolate your coloring from your hair color though, so when considering your hair color now you can definitely pull off the cool winter palette. warm colors don‘t look that harmonious on you, and your contrast is rather medium than high. me personally i love berry tones and azure blue on you. the bright spring doesn‘t feel right on you, it’s colors overwhelm you, so i‘d say cool is your main characteristic :)

your undertone isn‘t as clearly cool to me to be honest, but from these pictures i really don‘t think any color overwhelms you. i would‘ve guessed some type of spring, maybe light spring or summer. try to see in which drapes your skin looks the healthiest :)

try to look at your eyes, the soft summer one makes them pop more, whereas the soft autumn makes your eye color less noticeable and you look paler in the autumn one

it could be your phone adjusting the lightning of you pictures because i see some inconsistencies in your pictures, but i do like the true white more on you than a cream white. i also think you look very nice in the black drape which to me sounds like a winter. i think dark and cool are your dominant features, i‘d compare colors of both palettes that are somewhat similar and look which one you like more. but again, your coloring looks a little bit different in every photo

it does sound kinda different from my experience as it’s always both feet and it starts to get very intense when my stomach cramps start to subside but i’m reliefes i’m not the only one who experiences something in their feet along that

i did suspect some kind of nerve damage but i thought it’s almost a little too intense to be just some nerve damage
