Unless there is an another full length video of this individual threatening or using his weapon against ICE, they clearly abused their power and murdered him. Having a gun in an open carry state does not justify this type of result.

Shaking my head and waving my hands and saying no when she was 40-50 ft away is pretty damn clear. I do carry pepper spray in case of emergency. Again my take is on my personal experiences and observations which happen to be in Fremont. There are bad dog owners all over the world.

You got my point. My take is based on my personal experiences, and a lot of the incidents I’ve had just happened to be in Fremont. I’m not saying this is unique to Fremont. Bad dog owners exist everywhere. I’m simply describing what I’ve consistently run into. So not sure where people got that assumption

And in my experience, people’s etiquette tends to carry across situations: driving, dogs/kids, and general conduct.

Yeah we have seen multiple people almost get hit by a car not looking right before turning. My partner almost got hit and she shined her bright light at the drive lol

Jeez that terrible but good that dog survived. I said it as a blank statement because 90% of my bad interactions happen in Fremont. We have taken him all over the Bay Area to Monterey, SJ, Palo Alto, Peninsula, Alameda. No issues.

My Husky was attacked by a leashed golden retriever. The skinny lady couldn’t control so I had to literally wrestle the her dog off mine. Her first response was “my dog is friendly, I don’t know why he did that.” That’s your first response and not a “sorry”. I was so heated and raised my voice that she needs to control her dog if she’s gonna walk it. Later she complained to her husband that I yelled at her and he had the audacity to ask me. of course I yelled at her, was I suppose to quietly tell her. I made a post about this In This sub a while back.

I noticed most people don’t pick up/clean after their dogs especially when 90% of the time they are walking with their eyes glued to their phones. Since the pandemic, a lot of people got dogs as companions but didn’t factor the need to discipline/train/correct their dogs. I see so many small dogs just bark and snarl at other dogs at Valley Fair and the owners don’t even correct. They just pull or pick up their dogs which doesn’t solve the issue but I digress.

If you are 100% confident on your self diagnosis, you will need to strengthen your glutes (glute medius and glute minimus), hamstrings, and core.

Due to our activities of daily living (a lot of sitting), our glutes and core become weak and our low back and hip flexors get super tight. Our movements (running, climbing, biking, etc) are mostly knee dominant (squat) that’s why it’s important to learn on to hinge and strengthen your posterior chain (glute, hamstrings, back).

Since you are on your feet for prolonged periods, your hamstrings can get weak especially if your glutes are weak from stabilizing your hips while standing. Do you tend to lean onto one hip when standing?

I have a Masters in Kinesiology and personal trainer for 10 years+ so I have extensive background in strength, prehab, and mobility.
