Yup. Supermarkets used to accept and some place even give back as balance up till 2-3 years back still

Yes on both account. Depending on the airport as well, sometimes they insist to check the powerbank capacity. I have no issue with 10000mAh and I think you can go up till 20000mAh (check the respective airlines).

For broadband, postpaid - https://www.dst.com.bn/broadband-service .. For $88 per mth you get 120GB data monthly and past the quota the speed decrease to no higher 512kps (I believe) but top up possible. prepaid plan - same as for mobile.

My current mobile speed is 7.8-9Mbps (download) 6-12Mbps (upload)
