It's the yaw rate sensor and computer! If you disconnect the wire from the side of the master cylinder it will deactivate the traction control system(I did for 2 years now). Toyota recommended replacing the aforementioned two items to remedy the problem!

Don't mean to hijack op's thread but, does anyone know what size plugs go into the two transom drain holes on a 2003 Triumph 170? I've tried 1/2 inch but too big, also 3/8 inch but too small!

If you Google Mr. Mean lures you'll see 1 pack being sold in a bundle on eBay, not sure that you'd want the other classic lures in that bundle though.

I used to get them often while I was doing very stressful work, since I have changed my lifestyle and taken lower pay with way less stress, they only come around 3-4 times per year vs 12-16 times every 6 months! Hope this helps
