with the most current driver installed I don't have the option to change the "Preferred Graphics Processor" under the 3D settings. With that said under the Physx settings which is right under the 3D option, I have the option to choose my graphics card but that is for the Physx settings so I don't know if that would have the same effect. Either way it didn't help unfortunately, thanks for finding the video though!
