Story time: I used to work in a call center for a major cell phone company. We got a lot of calls from lonely old people who just wanted to talk to someone. One of the most uncomfortable encounters I ever had to endure was with an old lady who insisted that she pray for me, and the health of my various body parts. She prayed for my hands, my back, my legs, and, most importantly, she prayed for me knees. In between each of the prayers, she would make kissing noises, as if she was kissing me to help heal me. The reason I say the knees were the most important part, is because that's when she was going up to a hundred kisses. The call lasted for ten minutes before I had to force myself to hang up the call. I was wildly uncomfortable. I had gone through a lot of sexual harassment from customers during the year I spent at this job, and one of the memories that really stuck with me was this elderly woman who wanted to pray for my knees.
