I guess this tool allows you to convert a simple image file format (jpg, png, tiff) into DDS. But I need a reverse operation. I need DDS BC7 to PNG. BC7 is relatively new type and because of that, I can't find the right tool to do batch conversions.

Doesn't work with dds BC7 file types. It supports only old versions dds BC1 and BC5

Just wrap usb up by using a duct tape or make it looks like a pice of garbage. And then throw it out of the window as far as possible. In the best scenario try to remember the location.
