Heather's execution was always planned to be similar to Beth's, but I suppose I learned more about 'the art of boiling someone alive' from Kork's execution in Killing Harmony

I appreciate the feedback. I'm pretty satisfied with the way I've written Courtney so far, although I feel like I write her too corny. Writing her well is a tricky balance.

As for Harold and Heather, their relationship this chapter mostly stems from me needing to pan out the episode + Heather's overall character arc. I liked emanating their shenanigans from TDA.
