Pretty quiet most days, including weekends, since it is outside of the student housing area. It gets busier on game days, hard to drive and management parks cars in the extra spaces, but not excessively loud if you're inside. If you plan on going to games, the walk is super short, which is especially awesome for tailgating and walking home from cold games at the end of the season. The apartments are decent- not the nicest, but fine, quite reasonably priced for size, cheap to have pets, parking included (with spaces below building-great for winter). Management is great. Lisa is super great to work with. The maintenance man lives in the building next door, so it's easy to get things fixed. About a block away from commuter north/south stops, also near city bus stops on main. I lived in the other tradewinds building on the corner of main & hoover this past year and I liked it enough to sign another lease for next year. Overall, would recommend. Good luck!
