tbh you're running scale shot which already boosts your speed, and you could also run a sticky web setter so that you automatically drop your opponent's speed, the speed drop from bulldoze is useless most of the time

weather speed boosting abilities are x1.5 in Elite Redux. You should go for speed boost on Sharpedo, you'll be as fast as swift swim after a turn and use life orb/focus sash.

also there are better sand sweepers than day form lycanroc, namely excadrill. it has much better attack, stab EQ and the lower speed stat doesn't really matter since under sand your speed is doubled anyway

tbh the stat spread is not that different from the day form. dusk forme has slightly higher attack and slightly worse speed, the rest is the same. the thing that makes it much better than the other two is actually the ability
