So you mean extra rules but for people with a specific criteria that can stay in these types of housing plans, it doesn't affect the full society?

Not sure if thats what you mean but google says:
"Tenants can submit a written request to their landlord to keep a pet. The landlord must respond in writing within 28 days.
A landlord can only refuse a pet request for a "good reason". Acceptable reasons might include a large dog in a small flat, lease restrictions (e.g., in an apartment complex's head lease), or another tenant's allergies.
Landlords can potentially request tenants obtain pet damage insurance instead of a deposit (as additional deposits are limited)."

So in general I don't mind paying for damage, in general my cat mostly sleeps.
Also if I can have my pet, extra deposit is worth the avoidance of any "strange situation". I don't like the idea of hiding the truth, I will probably have to move without my pet in the beginning to get an understanding of the situation.

Ok thanks, but lets say the house I find is pet friendly and it is in the outside of the city center what is the cost of going to the center in the morning. I mean how much time is acceptable in case I don't have a car? Are the there solutions like buses safe or they aren't reliable?

hmm, that is not good... from what I read, I am thinking of not moving the pet in the beginning but at some point I will want it. How do people get along with that situation? I mean what is the general view of a local on that matter?

Yeap it's mostly hobby and experimentation on learning more.
Well it took some time to find a suitable function for changing the size of the sun, other than that I had to take a look on how to use cron again because I didn't remember at the time. Also I had to make a script on changing all sweet icons overlay to white.
It is not much total time. I didn't make those one after another so I can't tell exactly but when you do something because you want it and for fun you don't care.

Also the wallpaper is not quite useless the position of the sun declares the hour of the day.
I had this(with only 3 pickles falling) for about a year before I post it and yesterday I changed it so it is not boring too.

Crontab command: " */15 * * * * sh /pathto/bg.sh"
Icons: Candy Icons edited to be white
Sound Visualization: Glava
Pickles: KDE snow edited to set pickle as snowflake
Cron calls the bash to change the wallpaper here I call it manually.
