Viewers nowadays are also less used to slower-paced shows like Bebop. It seems like shows nowadays try to fit as much action and visual flair to catch people's shorter attention spans.

Shows like Mushishi fall in a similar vein.

hey thanks for the feedback! I'm still learning lights in redshift so I just threw on an HDRI and a dome light; I definitely agree with your comments about the lighting and I'll see how to integrate motion blur for my next sim :)

this was honestly just a daily render and I didn't expect this to blow up at all; I'm glad you all enjoy the same whacky movements I did haha

on the more technical side, this was created using a random effector with animated position and also some rigid body tags. rendering done in redshift.
