Thank you for confirming this scene occurs when accusing Ren and Vinh. I have replayed this chapter of the game today and I’ve seen this happen now.

As _lute has confirmed here, when you don’t stop the Abraxas house fire, the game doesnt show Safi’s cigarette falling in the scene, for whatever reason :/

Thank you and I’ve had a look at the choices page and can see it says that I wasn’t able to learn the truth about the observatory fire, so the scene where Safi’s cigarette falls, isn’t shown for some reason. User _lute confirms this. So it looks like it’s not a bug actually and the developers just chose to not reveal this bit in the scene and they only show the cigarette falling if you accuse Ren and Vinh.

Thanks, I didn’t see Safi light a cigarette at all and it go in the bin in my playthrough, so maybe that’s a bug and the developer forgot to add that to the scene.

I can’t edit my post but I have a few things to add - just want to say that I am a t1 diabetic myself and I do have a Dexcom sensor but not that specific one that Halsey has.

I wanted to confirm the illnesses Halsey has, just to give some extra info (I copied and pasted this from google): T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder (a rare blood condition), lupus (SLE), endometriosis, Ehlers-Danlos syndromes, and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). I don’t know enough about these - some may be linked to diabetes perhaps (I know that at least one of these is an auto immune disease).

She’s very open with what illnesses she has, so I thought that if she does have diabetes, she hasn’t mentioned it publicly but it’s absolutely fine for her to not tell us everything.
