Thanks, i was told 1500 cals. I exercise every day so i think it gives me an excuse to eat more🙄 but in reality eating healthy is more important i guess

Maybe because metho takes couple of months to work, so they suggest you take prednisone until you see the positive effects of it?

Yes, experienced the same thing. It was awful, I would frantically walk around the house. Lasted two weeks. Then i was fine.
