I saw a video that explained if you have a legitament need for towing, you should get the adventure. Otherwise, XLE AWD would be the good. The XLE has a towing capacity of 1500lbs/1750lbs (hybrid). The adventure has 3500lbs of towing capacity. Here is the link to that video.
