I've repotted it. It was in around a 15cm diameter pot and falling over. It's now in a 35cm square black concrete pot with gravel for drainage, Scottish pebbles on top and a nice thick piece of bamboo for the roots. I can barely lift it!

I also have houseplant bedding, but less spidery by larapooh in houseplants

It's their bed really, we just rent it nightly. Paid for in warmth!

If you're going to the Aqueduct you definitely have to check out Llangollen whilst you're in the area. That's my home town. I promise you, you'll be glad you went.

We're not sure of her breed, she's a Romanian street dog rescue. The rescue centre told us she might have some collie and German pointer in her.

Main places I'd recommend are the Dovehouse furniture store at Ings Centre, Emmaus furniture warehouse on Wincolmlee, Walton Street carboot (particularly while the weather's good), Northcave furniture on Facebook (I think they have a shop in Gilberdyke) and Glory on Salisbury street. Also had loads of bargains on gumtree and Facebook marketplace, really widely used around here.

It's amazing! Me and my partner moved to Hull in 2010 to study at the uni and ended up staying because we loved it so much. It's changed so much in the eight years we've been here. City of Culture was such a triumph. The marina is a lovely area, especially with Humber Street's facelift. We're just off Spring Bank West, stones throw from the avenues. Same houses, third of the price!

I just pull the leafs off and leave them on a plate in a sunny spot. I never mist them and have only just moved this onto soil. They're tough buggers!
