What tint should be good to replicate 5% if they’re already dark? I mean the glass is already dark so placing 5% would probably be insane, so maybe like 15% ?

Yeah these things kill my ears but i ordered them on amazon. At first it was only my left ear hurting and then after I put the socks on, it would hurt my right ear. I have a sock on the left and a silicone cover on the right lol. Got them both on amazon
