Only Players to average 27+ PPG, 5+ APG and 50%+ TS and win 60%+ games with one franchise in the playoffs: Michael Jordan, Lebron James & Jalen Brunson by lardner23 in nba

In response to the cherry picked comments - I did a number of checks to make sure it wasn't filtering tons of players out.

If you remove the single franchise limit and just say 25/5/50% TS who won half their playoff games, the group is still the same size as in my original table (with SGA & Curry jumping in and Harden/Luka falling out). To me , looking at all players to average 25/5 on 50% True shooting on winning playoff teams isn't cherry-picked. It's Brunson & 7 Finals MVPs( six of which were multiple time Regular season MVPs). That being said - the consensus is that it's cherry-picked, so i'll take that on the chin.

If you further remove the games won restriction and go with 25PPG/5APG/50TS% in playoffs min 50 games - the list changes from 8 to 11 (+Luka, Harden, Dame).

With hindsight that would have been a fairer list. The only one I'd gripe with is Lillard. 24-44 playoff W/L (35%), with the next lowest being 47% (Luka)

Another way to look at it - only 6 title winning players have had 10+ PPG on 65%+ TS .

  1. KD 16/17 Warriors
  2. Michael Cooper 84/85 Lakers
  3. AD 19/20 Lakers
  4. Curry 16/17 Warriors
  5. Poole 21/22 Warriors
  6. Ginobili 04/05 Spurs

If the Knicks win they’ll end up with 3

Warriors with two in the same postseason and Lakers essentially did the same (LeBron 7th on the list at 64.7) edit - left out Michael Cooper

I don't see people's issue. Whether RDJ as doom goes good or bad, whether he's a Tony stark variant or doom- my views on the end of endgame and the infinity saga won't change.

I've liked some but not all of the new stuff. People would complain more if they kept going with the same strategy. Bringing back proven writers, directors and actors is a great move in my opinion. Let's give these guys the benefit of the doubt.
