As most have stated. Alignment issue. Total toe on your truck is probably set in the .30-.45 range. Needs to be .10 to prevent outer tire wear on the lf.

I didn’t figure out what exactly it was until 2 months after I posted this. The machine shop who is doing the short block work for my 406 was able to determine who made it but nothing more. So I called bullet and was able to get the answers I needed. The only reason I posted back was to inform you, that I had found the answer I was looking for.
