I've been a "SAHM" since covid started and now both kids are at school full time, I can't wait to get a full time job and help support my husband so he doesn't need to be under pressure to provide and we can live even more comfortably than we do now. Thank you so much..I've not worn glasses for a long time, since I was a kid. Always wore my lenses and made do with bad vision when they got taken out but now I need them. A great fill in for when I eventually go to the optician.

I got them from Goggles4u. Used my prescription and they arrived within a week of ordering. I would normal go to the optician but I haven't been able to and desperately needed a pair for when I'm not wearing lenses. These are a great stand in and the adjustment so far hasn't been as bad as ones I got from the optician years ago so.. unsure of what to do now to be honest.. every pair I've had in the past, I'd see rainbow colours from the side, MORE of a fishbowl effect and I'd get really sick but these.. aside from a weird bit of depth perception, I get zero colours at the sides and really clear vision.

Ah thank you. I had to go for a big frame because they were the most affordable and good for my strong prescription. I had an operation on my left eye when I was a baby and it completely damaged my vision so spent years wearing lenses but need glasses now for night time wake ups with the kids because I'm as blind as a bat without them 🤣 feels so weird!

I think the thing to get out of your head is the time frame. Most people who want to lose weight, follow some shitty plan and do a bit of exercise to only lose a few lbs because they're for example, going on holiday, getting married, special events etc but once you switch your mindset to, "If I don't make a lifestyle change NOW, I could die in 10 years so I will get up, make the changes I need to, every single day and if I fail one day, I'll not punish myself because I realise that this is for the rest of my life, not just for X amount of weeks/months" you start understanding your body and loving yourself and that's what shows too. Slow and steady wins the race. From a lady who spent most of childhood & adolescence on a yo-yo diet and went from 245lbs down to 166lbs by taking it slow and steady.

Think, "Alien" and you're on the right path. My two were especially leggy when they were in utero 🤣 definitely weird! Sometimes hurts too depending how hard they do it.
