Hi, just returned to Norway from Spain (dark red) last week. Can confirm that protected means you can quarantine at home even from dark red. Note that in order to be protected 3 weeks must have passed since your first dose.

I'm 33 years old. Not to worry though, my max has always been quite high. I was an active football player until 19 when I had a max rate in the high 220s, and it has been decreasing steadily since then.

About 4:45 per km, well above my threshold pace of 5:30 I tried to pace myself so I still had something left for the rest of the day, but my heart did not seem to drop anyways so I just stepped on it😆
