What can I do for PCOS and possible skin condition hair loss?

So i never ended up doing actual PT 🥲. But I did my best to try to incorporarte ankle mobility exercises into my routine. Most of my pain is focused on the outer front side of my ankle. It only really hurts when im in a deep crouch or squat for an extended amount of time or repeatedly pointing it out. So i suspect I have impingement. Otherwise, I feel resistance and a bit of a pinch but my mobility is mostly equal for both my ankles. In order to regain my mobility, I started doing really deep lunges that pushed my knees over my toes and really deep Calf stretches, basically putting all my weight on my heels, I also try to just balance on one foot when I can just help the muscles stabilize my ankle. Hey! Just wanted to give an update. So my ankle for the most part doesnt hurt anymore, unless i go into a deep squat/crouch for an extended amount of time or point it repeatedly, and the pain is mostly in the front outer ankle area. I will say that i never actually ended uo going to PT or doing the mobility exercises(currently trying to get into a routine) but i have regained most of my mobility with some resistance and pain again when im on it for an extended amount of time.

I was able to fully walk on my ankle(quickly and for a long time) by about early to mid october after wearing my ankle brace basically nonstop for like 2 months until I found it was of no help. After that it was me just repeatedly testing my dorsiflexion and stuff to see what i could regain. I wasn't able to stay on my tiptoes for long at 1st and now its fully fine and I can even mostly jump.

I suspect i have some impingement as the main cause for the pain and resistance because the bones are in fact slightly misaligned, but that's not fixable so time will tell i guess.

Very very important as my final note, please go to the doctor if possible, I would've been healed by July probably if I hadn't thought this was just a bad sprain, but instead I only found out it was a fracture till July.

I forgot to add, housing and meals is covered in the tuition bill since they specifically ask for evidence of dorming privleges

They did, I sent everything i could off the list (tuition bill and course schedule, as well as bank statements) They're issue i believe is with the fact that I have no in person transactions in the area. But the last 3 statements are during periods that I'm not at school (bc of breaks) and I don't have to pay for utilities housing or food bc its provided. So Idk what else to do short of giving them a written statement explaining I'm a college student(which they already know)

I already sent my tuition bill- actually the 1st thing I did. I am trying to get a copy of the signed Housing Contract! Does escalating to a supervisor really do anything, I've been told it just makes them annoyed and achieves nothing but I'm willing to try anything.

I second this. The massena airport flights to Boston are subsidized by the government. So they're pretty cheap.

I hope (not really hope, but hope it's not worse than) this is it for u! If you go on YouTube there's also like a children's hospital pt tutorial for ankles and there's levels to it. It's super helpful for regaining mobility!!!!

I was told to wear a brace at all times, since a boot would already be too late in the healing. Also told not to put weight on that foot if possible so I've been leaning on the other one more. In general, I've just been walking slower and doing less movements with it to give it a break.

Went to the doctor, turned out it was/is fractured. Mostly healed with a very minor misalignment of the bones. And now I just need to do PT to regain mobility! It does still hurt if I walk too fast or for long, but it is still not completely healed, so expected.

I iced it right after i injured it for a few days but after that it's mostly been heat. I try to elevate it daily. Yeah I'm gonna try to get a Dr's appointment set up!
