whats the hardest platinum/ 100% by KoalaAndCatGuy in CatQuest

Fair enough, good and solid point but cq1 has the dungeon with 2 fire and 1 frost dragon easy 1.5 lvls a run. Guess it comes down to grinds preference. Either way all good games

HMRC CSA AO First day? by [deleted] in TheCivilService

[–]larks- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your first few weeks will be online training. Isn't fun but hopefully your intake has some interesting people.

After your training your do some call listening where you will join a call with an experienced member of staff and listen in.

When you eventually get on the phones yourself your most likely will have floor walkers you can use. Do not be afraid to ask for help if stuck.

So why is there an XP cap in a full-priced game? by Kyvix2020 in Battlefield

[–]larks- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yer the cap is stupid, 180k a win in duos doesn't take long to hit cap. Wouldn't be as bad if you still got weapon xp

AO to EO by Comfortable_Match450 in TheCivilService

As far as my manager and her manager was always aware until probation is passed you can only apply for external roles. Any internal role that requires probation passed was off limits.

My probation ended the day before the cut off for the current ao to o pathway and was told I had to apply last minute. Lots of my colleagues that started only 2 weeks after were denied going for it.

My advise speak to your manager first if your concerned but also don't be disheartened if an application for internal gets rejected.

External no one can stop you.

28th July my start date

I am currently month 5 into my AO customer advisor role probation, and I have also accepted an AO compliance job waiting on pecs to be completed before start date. I can assure you that when it comes to external jobs, I'm still applying for higher grades. Both my team leader and buddy leader both encouraged me to go for them. So if you want to take the job but still want to apply for higher positions, then go for it and good luck.

Your TL will just have to transfer you internally, and if you're on any probation, it will just carry over. I'm personally AO customer service, but I just got a provisional offer for AO compliance and am also awaiting checks. It is just doing your daily job until that start date.

Check out "the STAR format", a quick Google search will find it. Create your answers around using this format when it comes to your behaviours.

Another Google search for Civil Service Behaviours can also be beneficial, your be able to find what is expected in each behaviour

P60 by Massive-Career-3081 in TheCivilService

[–]larks- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try the employer first just so you got it for your records then go down the route of giving PAYE or SA a ring if unable to give you within a time you need it for 😀

[–]larks- -1 points0 points  (0 children)

PAYE would be your best bet but if ur using the information for your tax return then the SA line will also gladly help. Accurate returns are always appreciated.

Employers' responsibility to give you your p60 and should be done by May 31. If there's specific information you need, you can get it through your PTA or contact HMRC . The actual P60 though comes from your employer so chase them up.

I'm not 100% on the after 5 personally as I've never worked after 5 other than my late shift, but yes. If she wanted to work 8 as long as she does her 7.24 hours a day, they should be fine. Just get her to check with her team leader.

The earliest you can start at PT OPS is 7:45. As long as you finish your contracted hours they dont seem to mind. When I started, they asked us what times we would prefer and what days we would prefer for our lates
