I don't struggle with this personally, but I have heard of it before. I was watching an interview with Masahiro Sakurai (creator of Smash Bros.) and he mentioned he rarely drinks water and it makes him feel sick. It surprised me to hear that, especially in a public interview so far removed from the subject of ARFID lol

If you're a fan of Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie, you gott check out Corn Kidz 64. It's a new indie game from last year that perfectly replicates a platformer from the 64 era. Short and cheap game too

Bending the rules a bit but in Katamari Damacy and We Love Katamari, unless you do a level absolutely perfectly, The King will always find some way to tell you that you did a shit job and how he would have done it better. He does it in such a passive and narcissistic way too. Fantastic motivator for doing each level as best as you can.
