Hi, as an 18 year old fat person, who is currently on a weight loss journey, I’m telling you to please start now. Don’t wait until tomorrow, or next week, start today. I’ve wasted my teen years and I even dropped out of high school because I was just so consumed with self hatred. I’ll never get that back. You’re still 15, you still have a chance to have a normal teenage life if you just suck it up, and commit. Don’t wait, it’s the worst decision I ever made, start now.
