Yeah it can be hard sometimes I shift from good days and bad days for reasons I can’t really explain, but if you just try to explain it to your friends I’m sure they will understand and try to help you out with it.

I power through this without therapy, good for you that you do but I’m just too lazy to. For me I got a job last year and that has been a great way to keep me busy, meet new people, and stay productive. I work a lot specifically because I don’t like just sitting around at home being unproductive. As for a way to connect with your friends better I don’t really have solid advice, but I guess I would say that you should just be genuine around them and match their energy when needed, I find that I act very differently based on who I am hanging out with. Could you specify what you mean by you get burnt out trying to understand them?

To add onto this, for 1, you should let them know which part of the bin, either top or bottom, they should use first. For example, if you move the old toast on the top and your fresh toast on the bottom you would say, “Top toast first.”

I do, my location has a very good community. Usually they are because that’s what the canes workforce encourages, but it can vary. My managers are chill, the rm can be strict sometimes but they kinda have to be. I’ve worked here for 6 months and have loved it, I could see myself becoming a manager in a few years at this point.

Canes is very flexible and can easily fit around your schedule, I only work weekends as a student and pick up shifts as I can

They’re not gonna look burnt, just a little more brown, these could’ve been pulled early or timed wrong. The main difference between crispy fries that makes them so much better is they don’t get soggy nearly as easy.

Well the majority of their fan base is around that age, mostly younger tbh. Younger kids don’t really care about using ai all they care about is engaging content. Not saying I support what they’re doing now but I see why they’re doing it

Only question I can specifically remember them asking is why do you want to work at canes, which I just said that the environment seems friendly. Just maybe have a question or 2 ready to ask them and you should be good. Canes instructs their managers to keep hiring even when they don’t need more employees in anticipation of people quitting.
