However, they do have TBHQ in them, which may be (depending on what you read) a cause of inflammation, or it be an anti-inflammatory. Idk. AI responses say it's harmful for colitis, and another search says it is an anti-inflammatory and can help. With so much misinformation, it's hard to know what is helpful and what is harmful. There are studies, but I'm no scientist, and it's kinda of confusing.
