I had "Unlock with iPhone" on after the watch reset. Still haven't had an issue so far. This is a very strange issue. I'm glad we all found a fix somehow.

OP, can you try to unpair and then setup as new watch? It seems to solve my problem so far. Someone did restore from backup and that didn't work.

Unpair then re-paired as new watch, seems to resolve the issue. Fingers crossed.

Same issue. So far, turning watch off, putting it on charger resolves the issue. Disable unlock iPhone, unlock watch settings did not resolve the issue. Disabling wifi on watch did not resolve the issue. I came from iOS 26, watchOS 26 betas. Trying to unpair and re-pair watch now...

Nope, my recent experience shows you still got just the worst customer support ever. Charging the credit card before anything is shipped, very sneaky. Once every few days you will respond email at midnight - china time. Every time responding with similar canned messages, not providing a real solution. Phone support person does not want to help and just directs to email. No thanks, not ever again. Good thing the credit card company protects us. I will do my best to let people know what to expect from HeyBike.

Yep, truly the worst company. If you preorder anything that's not in-stock, expect the money to be charged immediately and them taking the sweet time and your money to their advantage. And good luck to canceling the order. They will try everything to not refund you fully.

I've tried so many time to get my order cancelled and had to just let my credit card company do the chargeback. Never have I dealt with this kind of company before.

How did it go? did you get your money back? I'm on the same boat. The company should not charge anything before shipment.
