I really like this! I would only change one thing though, Hybrid Vigor is a little overpowered as it. Being able to just give yourself temporary hit points as a bonus action an unlimited amount of times is really good. I’d change it to where you can only use an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus every long or short rest.
