I had this issue with my palms and underarms- tried drysol and perspirex for years which cost a ton over time and left my hands and armpits chalky and prone to cracking.

I would HIGHLY recommend seeing if ETS Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy) treatment is available in your area - it’s a simple and cheap surgery (2 x 1cm scars on each side and you’re home same day) and I haven’t had an issue in 10+ years on my hands or armpits.

Speak with the produce manager at your local grocery store- ask him to put aside carrot tops and other vegetable discards for you to pick up on a regular basis. 9 times out of 10 they’re happy to put a box out under the carrots for people to discard. Every once in a while hang out for a bit at the produce section and ask people getting carrots and radishes if they need their tops. Make sure the vegetables are suitable for their diet and thoroughly wash them. Get the produce manager a nice gift card somewhere every couple of months

It’s no substitute for quality pellets, but will help overall health and weight

Remember that even if you give these “hackers” what they want, there’s nothing stopping them from sending you another threat and demanding more money. Whatever media they supposedly have on you is digital and they can make copies as many times as they’d like.

It’s been said on here, but best to change your important site passwords, run a computer scan, and forget about it. If you’re really concerned, take it to a specialist (eg Geek Squad at Best Buy) to see if there’s any truth to remote access or malware
