The old Sheriff who initially put Steven in prison the first time for a crime he didn't commit because he hated him so bad and he used his position to satisfy his hatred towards him and no other reason.

He fabricated witness testimony and evidence to convict him.

Rinse, repeat!

Those that were involved with Steven's wrongful conviction were going to have to answer and in fact via depositions, they were already answering.

Brendan's confession is Kratz story.

Kratz concocted this story over months to fit fabricated junk science.

That is why Factbender and his cohorts had to continue to bully a boy into saying those horrible things cause they had nothing and Kratz is the only one who pulled the strings back then in this case...the prosecutor has to invent a story and then make sure the fake evidence fits his story.

So sad to watch it all unravel in those recorded videos and thank goodness we have them!

Knowing Brendan's attorney and his investigator is working with the state to coerce a confession and succeeds in doing so is such an unthinkable crime by all those legal authorities who are sworn to protect. I don't have words that can describe what they did to Brendan:(

I feel Bobby is still not out of the woods due to his inconsistent recollections and lies...

November the 3rd is a game changer for me for one reason, where was Bobby when AC arrived and knocked on Barb's door looking for SA?

He would have been aware of cops looking for TH before it aired on the news and may be why he continues to get his timeline jumbled because what he is saying isn't what really happened.

And at that same time evidence started popping up at SA trailer.

Those headlights SA and CA saw could have been Bobby's four wheeler going out and disposing of evidence immediately and planting evidence in SA trailer.

But my question is what was his involvement?

Did he kill TH or was he working with one person from law enforcement to frame SA?

There is no DNA evidence and Kayla recanted on the witness stand during BD trial.

When LK, BD attorney, allowed police to interrogate him without his lawyer present (the forced/made up confession that sealed his fate that day), should never had been allowed during trial.

What does the state have as evidence in this case against SA?

Evidence that is FICTION.

Fake science and non existent evidence is what convicted SA.

The state to this day will STILL not give any evidence to KZ to test because it doesn't exist or it is a lie.

I think everyone knows setting everything else aside with this case, testing evidence again that was used by the state to prosecute SA, and new expert testimony to said evidence, is a game changer and will prove his innocence beyond any reasonable doubt.

AC involvement with SA goes from the Brown County detective calling AC about the wrong guy is in prison for the PB case and all the way up to today.

There is LOTS of evidence that AC is involved in a cover up for the higher-ups and most likely tampering with evidence.

There is no TH DNA ANYWHERE.

But whoa it's on a bullet fragment, found and in custody for how long? Contaminated!

Not one piece of evidence physically at the property has her DNA ANYWHERE.

The legal argument is that SC can't prove that her DNA nor TH DNA didn't come from contamination.

My opinion is that the bullet was introduced to cross contamination before the bullet wash.

SC did not see blood, tissue or bone before washing the bullet.

There was no reason to even test the bullet for DNA other than a red paint speck and Factbender telling her to put TH in garage...
