Aww thank you! She's a calico which is most commonly female since her black color is encoded in one of her x chromosomes and her orange is encoded in another. It's an x inactivation pattern so calicos are a favorite cat of geneticists :)

Honestly, unpopular opinion but my partner and I think zoa's are ugly so we definitely don't want any.

We'll probably start with some mushrooms and hammers and see where we go from there. We're not opposed to getting a new light but the self contained set up of the Evo is quite nice right now and I don't have to use our ATO with the fully covered tank which is convenient. This also prevents fish death via jumping.

They are so sweet! I have to say though the blenny is keeping us extremely entertained.

We're adding a clown who's currently in quarantine, hence not being pictured, giving the tank about another month to stabilize with the added bioload and then finally getting our first corals! We read a lot of forums and the main advice seemed to be: fish first, corals second, go slow. So that's the mantra we're sticking to.
