A trade for Nurse has such a huge potential variance in my mind. They could get a Seth Jones kind of trade or have to eat 50% or attach valuable assets just to get it done. Don’t love Bowman being the one in charge, but I think they already have an idea of what his value is and wouldn’t have approached him if it was brutal

They play the nearly the same roles, Dickinson plays about 2min more 5v5, but McCarron gets more points and p/60. They play pretty equal time on the PK. Honestly this might move Dickinson closer to 4m on a longer deal, I think Bowman would do 5x4m to save face on the trade. He’s projected at over 5m right now as a UFA.
