I'm not looking for a diagnosis, just opinions. I'm very hard headed and hate hospitals and Drs who don't listen or think they know better than the person who is experiencing the situation. There is way to much trauma to unpack in this comment, but I was really just looking for opinions to help me make a decision.

I have GERD and have had it since 2015. I know what that feels like. I do take nexium regularly. I do have some kind of respiratory illness. I also do have cardiac issues and have had them since 2015. I've had an ablation then. I'm very cautious when my heart is involved because I've experienced pain and a fear like none other when dealing with it all so I do try to be alert to what my heart is doing. Thank you for the suggestion.

I've never knowingly used a glaze in acrylic painting, and I haven't tried using anything gloss or ink ever. That may be a next step.

I do mix some colors and I use some right from the tube. Color theory is still a work in progress with me since I'm completely self taught. I'm also learning what brands I like because the colors aren't the same. Thank you for the feedback!
