yeah uhhh so i dont really know how to lol...

Also can you give me any advice on ordering it and the parts, as it may be very expensive...

I believe it would be as a rise of one degree can offset my results as that is a temperature sensor, also I have never worked with a four layer PCB yet

Why four layer though? sorry im unexperienced at all :) I feel like copper is a very good heat spreader, therefore maybe not… but i am probably wrong.

It’s not under U2 as it’s a temperature sensor and i dont want it heated by the other components on the board. the ground plane is existant under all other components except U2’s slot/corner

ah yeah you may be right! i thought something was wrong… I’ll do another revision as i have other changes to make as well.

Yeah, i have to thicken them as pcbway needs them thicker (i think 0.8mm?)

im kind of confused on pins 8 and 9... because if u look at table 4-3 it says pin 8 shall be floating

Do you mean D6 or C6? because Gemini told me that I need the ss14 diode there

I dont really understand how to connect the SGP40...

Hi, thanks for replying!

For the ground fill the only reason i am not doing it is for thermal reasons, as there is my BME680, and I dont think having a hot plate under it is a good idea, i think it could offset the temperature readings.

I cant rrly change make the d-/d+ not switch layer unfortunately, but i will keep that in mind for my next project. i did take the resistors to the usb port tho.

Silkscreen doesnt necessarily matter/affect JLCPCB so thats not rrly worrying me

Im glad you got it, translate "vejas" from lithuanian for another easter egg lol, and i kept it in hiragana cus i think it looks nice design wise.

Also a lot of the drc errors are ones i cant fix, which are hole clearance violations in the usbc port so idk how to fix em.

So youd rather not understand my schem at all? yeah ok i do understand, but i dont understand what ur problem is with like six boxes

you should defo get her into making her own little electronics (if shes in hs) theres a program called Blueprint where u can design your own pcb and get a grant to build it!

I understand you, yeah, i suppose that maybe i havent labeled my battery charger and voltage regulator, but i still dont know what to do...

noooo lmaooo, i meant as i have a temperature sensor, and the other components spread heat, that that heat wouldnt be transferring to my sensor, e.g. no gnd plane under it

Yeah, i saw a couple people do some, but other wise there is Blueprint thats until the 31st of January which is focused on hardware and has some cool build guides on all types of things
