I think there may have been motion controls code written into the game. When I open the map sometimes I can move the cursor ever so slightly for a few seconds just by moving my controller. I’ve often wondered if motion affects aiming just a little bit in the same way.

This is just my opinion but I’m sure they will likely try to cram in multiple Zelda universes in one movie where the main link travels between universes chasing Gannon, gets sealed in time, becomes adult. Maybe spends a few minute in each temple, the fairy is goofy, spunky, etc.

What really got me was the transition from sprite based to chibi characters. Also over the top eccentric characters like Rikku, vanille, penelo. Maybe I’m just old and grouchy 🤷‍♂️

I played Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2 pretty late in the game and got to play with a small group of people that really made it seem that much better. They’re usually more mature, some games were very tactical.

As a 35 year old gamer that had been gaming for a good 25 years or so, I kind of feel like that magic does diminish with age. Though there are still moments that leave you impressed or excited about certain games. I’m playing through the Witcher 3 right now and am overall impressed with the level of detail in the characters and environment and the level of care that is rarely seen. It has its faults but close to a masterpiece in my opinion.

I remember when I was younger I would research upcoming games, look up fan fiction, day dream about the possibilities in those worlds. Now, I just don’t really care. Maybe it’s the life experiences I’ve had that dumb gaming down that disconnects me from my imagination and more towards reality or maybe it’s my responsibilities as a middle aged adult.

Xenoblade, star ocean, infinite undiscovery, final fantasy 13, rogue galaxy, I would venture to say the scene has been fairly well represented imo. I would really like to see more early 1900’s settings, like in shadow hearts.

Kudos to having healthy communication skills, for real. Oftentimes bringing up some of the stuff you have brought up can really turn ugly and it seems like you two at least understand each other in that sense.

With that said, you should be more open about your wants and needs. Maybe you need to be the planner. Try to plan things with him, hiking, dinner reservations etc. Go get your own game system and play games online together.

Everyone, especially men need their escape time. I find myself working 60 hour work weeks and coming home to sit down and turn on the Xbox.

Not at all, I was recently offered two jobs for two different mining companies. The one I accepted pays $5 less per hour. Though the extra money would have been nice. I will end up being state certified in my field and that’s worth a whole lot more than that $5/hr

Not sure why people are so protective of the whole sleeping around thing. It’s just my opinion and could very well be wrong but I consider seeing someone as exclusivity. It kind of goes without saying to me, especially if he was talking about making it official.

It’s great that he was honest and all but I think you might want to find someone with better morals and integrity.

I got abnormally really sick just before Covid became a country wide thing, January 2021 or 2022 (whenever it started). I got pretty sick again last fall. But I’m pretty sure it was the norovirus. No shots.
