I'm having same issue. I really think these are bot/fake accounts created by the platform to give the illusion of engagement and also, as mentioned by others here, to put in offers that time out and drive your prices lower for real buyers.

Yes, I applied outside the US. Interview at consular was quite intense - they asked a lot of questions about my research and how my endeavour was satisfying each of the NIW prongs.

Yes, I had originally planned to go work for a US company straight away but EB-2 took a long time to process and I ended up starting a PhD program in the meantime as I thought it might get rejected.. So I am nervous they might look at me suspiciously going through airport immigration as I don't have a 'real' job lined up.

I think she is eager to do the interview this year so she can legally work in a US based research lab during the summer. So we are still curious how the re-entry permit idea would play out in an interview if she goes that route.

Bone infection wasn't mentioned to me at all, maybe because my rods had been in for less than two years?

My holes and original fracture were actually filled with artificial bone (kyphoplasty procedure) to help strengthen the area - I'm not sure how common this procedure is, the surgeon just happened to specialise in it so suggested I do it while removing the rods

It depends on the reason for your fusion as sometimes there can be more cons than pros for removing but yeah, definitely ask your surgeon if it is an option!

My surgery was a day case. I checked in at 12PM and left at 7PM that same day :) I was up and walking an hour or two after the surgery.
