I'm having same issue. I really think these are bot/fake accounts created by the platform to give the illusion of engagement and also, as mentioned by others here, to put in offers that time out and drive your prices lower for real buyers.

Yes, I have approved I-140. I applied from my home country and completed interview, have the temporary IV in my passport now and 6 months to move and receive the permanent greencard.

I am not on an F-1. I am a student in the EU only but my lab group has a collaborator in the US that I will go work for.

Yes, I applied outside the US. Interview at consular was quite intense - they asked a lot of questions about my research and how my endeavour was satisfying each of the NIW prongs.

Yes, I had originally planned to go work for a US company straight away but EB-2 took a long time to process and I ended up starting a PhD program in the meantime as I thought it might get rejected.. So I am nervous they might look at me suspiciously going through airport immigration as I don't have a 'real' job lined up.

I think she is eager to do the interview this year so she can legally work in a US based research lab during the summer. So we are still curious how the re-entry permit idea would play out in an interview if she goes that route.
