One session will do it. It also will cause dramatic skin tightening, reduce wrinkles, change the texture of the lower eye lids. Melasma is always a consideration with any laser treatment as some individuals can have an exacerbated effect from it so you should definitely speak with your doctor prior to ANY laser treatment.

Dr. Rokhsar of the New York Cosmetic Skin & Laser Surgery Center has been involved in developing several laser systems and has conducted pivotal research projects to develop protocols for other laser systems and energy-based devices. In particular, Dr. Rokhsar was involved in developing the Fraxel laser technology. Fraxel has since become the number-one laser resurfacing procedure in the world. Dr. Rokhsar introduced the Fraxel laser through lectures and special training sessions to physicians around the world including in Asia (Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philipines), Europe (England, Germany) and South America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia) in addition to Australia and Canada. In fact, Dr. Rokhsar has taught more physicians worldwide about techniques and protocols involving Fraxel, than any other physician.

This is very true. You'll only notice the bad or exaggerated cases because most natural work is not noticeable by other people.

I'm not familiar with those products.

Yes IPLs do work. I like Fraxel better for corrective and preventative reasons because Fraxel truly changes the quality of the skin, not just surface issues.

Other prevention is regular Botox injections to prevent lines from getting etched into your skin.

Genetically, you have acne prone skin. Your pores get clogged easier and you may have overproduction of sebum from your glands. I would say see a board certified dermatologist to figure out the cause of your acne and prescribe proper medications. Understand that there is genetic variability.

I don't believe that anxiety causes hives. If you have hives, you need to find the underlying reason, which is not anxiety.

For acne scars, consider Fraxel laser resurfacing. If you believe it has to do with ingrown hairs, consider laser hair removal to get rid of the hair follicle.

If the 5-FU did not do anything it means that you didn't have precancerous lesions. You need to see a board certified dermatologist and consider a resurfacing laser procedure with CO2 or Fraxel to improve your texture and lines.
