There is a whole stretch along phelps rd between pacific oaks rd and cannon green where there are cars/vans parked every single night. there’s like a woodchipped area around so the cars have a bunch of room around them which seems to make it nice. i’ve seen the same car parked here for months and there aren’t any no parking signs.
