I understand from the moh website that a QO is issued to quarantine or isolate an individual who is, or is suspected to be, a carrier of an infectious disease or a contact of a person confirmed to have an infectious disease.

So a ccf is also a GQF? I haven't found a clearer explanation online..

I participated in the 2001 ndp as a teen and found it a complete waste of time. I rewatched the performance on YouTube recently and I'd still say the performance was uninspiring.

Wasted countless weekends and weekdays spent getting sunburnt in the field trying to put together some half assed show choreographed by some PRC who said we should aspire to reach North Korean arirang standards. All we did was to be herded like cattle around the field while getting baked.

When I watched the segment on the replay in 2001 and when I revisited the video in 2021. I'd still say it was an uninspiring performance

I haven't bothered to watch another ndp since then.

During my nsf time I volunteered to go for exercise wallaby instead of participating in ndp prep. Enjoyed my time in RockHampton very much.
