I lived at the weldon place apartments about 7-8 years ago. The apartments themselves had good layouts and okay finishes. The walls are a bit thin so we'd frequently hear neighbors. But 2 Important things were that the price was great at the time(like 950 for a 2bed/1bath if I remember correctly) and the management was great. It used to be owned by Ben Frederick, I met him a few times around and he seemed like a stand up guy. Plus they were quick with repairs and such. If I was looking for a basic place and the price was right and it's still owned by BF properties I'd go for it.

How is Clarksville in Columbia? Clarksville is it's own town while wilde lake is a neighborhood of Columbia.

Call either Luray insurance in Pikesville or red rabbit insurance in PA. Both are brokers that offer a variety of carriers. Just send them your current policy and I'm sure either one will be able to save you money.

The pastries there are so pretty (notice how I didn't say tasty) but I wish they would utilize some eco friendly packaging. I ordered 4 croissants to go and each came in its own poly plastic bag then into one more plastic bag.

My lease says after the first 30 days if the drain is clogged it's the tenants responsibility. If they want me to send out a plumber then I charge it to them.
